Courses and Consulting Services
The customer understands that the Online Media Training Program for Academics is delivered through the Experiential Communications web site (www.experientialcommunications.com).
If the course is purchased at the individual academic rate, the Customer understands that he / she has lifetime access to the content, so long as it remains available. The Customer understands that a password provides access to course content for his / her personal use only. If purchased at the individual academic rate, the course may not be distributed to other individuals or broadcast in a public setting without written consent from Experiential Communications Inc.
If the course is purchased through our license agreement to universities, academic departments and other organizations, then access is granted for one year from the date of payment. The course may be distributed only to the determined audiences covered by the license:
– Department license: academics who are paid employees within a specific department or group of a university / school.
– Academic center license: academics who are paid employees within a specific department or group of a university / school..
– School license: academics who are paid employees within a particular school of a university.
– University license: academics who are paid employees within a university.
After one year, the purchasing organization can renew their service at an additional to be determined fee.
Liability
The customer understands the personal and reputation risks that come with external communications activities and does not hold Experiential Communications Inc or any of its partners liable for damages.
Privacy Statement and Confidentiality
We are committed to protecting customers and users privacy. We constantly review our systems and data to ensure the best possible service to Customers. We will not sell, share, or rent your personal information to any third party. By signing up for our course, Experiential Communications reserves the right to send you communications related to its services.

Both the Client and Experiential Communications have the right to terminate any Services Agreement for any reason, including the ending of services that are already underway. No refunds shall be offered, where a Service is deemed to have begun and is, for all intents and purposes, underway.

The Customer is solely responsible for evaluating the particular purpose of any downloads, programs and text available through this site. Redistribution or republication of any part of this site and course content is prohibited, including such by framing or other similar or any other means, without the express written consent of Experiential Communications, Inc. Experiential Communications, Inc does not warrant that the service from this site will be uninterrupted, timely or error free, although it is provided to the best ability. By using this service you thereby indemnify this Company, its employees, agents and affiliates against any loss or damage, in whatever manner, howsoever caused.
