Thrive Leads

I am trying to do the following – see website revisions for book pdf document. I noted in the comment on the first page what I am trying to accomplish through Thrive Leads.

When I upload the page looks terrible  – see below. I removed for now because it is my home page.

Thanks for your advice on how to get both lead magnets on the home page in an attractive way.
